Introduction

Our Furniture

Thanks to China's comprehensive and vast technology and industrial system, Sylviaspace has achieved the processing and production of hundreds of thousands of SKUs in China through supporting services, except for a few raw materials that must be imported.

The vast majority of these SKUs are directly exported to the North American market and sold through retail stores. If domestic customers like them, one way is to import from the United States, and the other way is to pick them up directly from supply chain factories, saving sea freight and import tariffs. However, the latter requires the assistance of a professional team.

Our Factory

Factories need to stock up a large amount and a wide variety of leather fabrics in advance according to customer requirements to meet personalized choices and deliver in the shortest possible time for different customers.

For wooden factories, controlling moisture content is particularly important.
Wooden factories usually require facilities such as drying rooms and purchase logs from around the world for several months or more of drying treatment to maintain the stability of the wood during processing and use. We also need to cooperate with well-known paint brands such as AkzoNobel to meet the realization of various complex and unique paint colors.

Typically, the development of a new product takes more than six months.

Our Craft

Taking a metal+crystal lighting fixture as an example, metal processing involves different processes such as laser cutting, spinning, forging, sand casting, welding and polishing, wire cutting, mold making, etc., which cannot be completed by one factory. Surface treatment may include electroplating, anodizing, manual painting, black hair and blue, spray painting, antique style aging, or any of them. It also requires upstream and downstream collaboration, and there should be no mistakes in the process. Electronic components, crystals, glass, plastic parts, marble, lampshades are provided by other supporting factories. We have conducted a statistical analysis of the process of a sofa, and the number of component and process supporting factories involved has reached more than ten.
