2.How does the customization work?

  • Provide your requirements to our designers
  • The designer will design the product according to your requirements
  • After confirming the drawings are correct, you need to pay the customization fee
  • Provide pictures and video before delivery

3. Customize Size & Color

If you find a specific design of chandelier in our websit  that you like, but you only need a different size or color. 
Simply send us an email with the following information

  • Which product – it’s a good idea to send us a link to the product
  • The specific color you want, such as gold or chrome.

Our designer will reply to you within 24 hours and provide you with a quote.

4. Customize Design

If you have a specific chandelier design in mind that you don't find on our website, we can help with that too.

If you need a chandelier that you can't find on our website but can find it on other websites, we can also provide you with a customized service and our prices will be more affordable.

5. Customized Time

Processing time for regular products is 2-3 days and shipping time is 9-14 days. The customization stages are as follows:

  • Designer receives your design needs
